Thank you guys for being so patient with me this week while I took a few days off from blogging to transition Rohan to his crib and without his pacifier! It has been very difficult as I you can imagine and this poor mommma hasn’t been getting any sleep! However, there is light at the end of the tunnel as we approach 1 week today. He finally slept through the night last night in his nursery and so hopefully normal life can resume!
We started having him nap in his cribs since 3 months and I think that has helped tremendously in this transition so I definitely recommend. As far as the pacifier it is still difficult. Since a week old he has always needed one to go to sleep and I know quitting it cold turkey is going to take a while but we are staying strong! We have replaced the pacifier with a soft lovey to comfort him and that seems to be helping. So for all of you mommies out there in the same boat or will be soon just know you will make it through and there is always wine. Lots of wine!
Now back to our regularly scheduled programming. Today’s post feature my absolute favorite satin trench that has been seen on a ton of celebrities and is totally affordable. Win Win! I love how feminine the satin makes the classic trench cut. The satin mixed with the sheer arms make this trench dressy enough for a night out but the classic trench cut keeps it casual enough for day! Perfect addition to any closet!
P.S. These are the worst fitting pants ever! Have you ever tried something on in your closet and looked in the mirror and been like, yeah these are great, but then you see them photographed and you say what was I thinking?!? Well here is case in point for me. I swore these looked great on me in the dressing room. Nope. Fail. And then when I got to the shoot the button broke on me and I had to use a safety pin but I am sharing anyways because this trench is just that good!
Anywho you can snag my exact trench here and I linked similar ones in all price points!
