As far as I am concerned, leopard is a neutral and should be included in every closet but lets be honest it can often come off looking cheap if you choose the wrong one. I think the trick with leopard is to spend the extra money on a rich looking material like this velvet one. The thicker and richer the material and more dense the leopard pattern the more expensive it will appear.
Leopard is excellent as a neutral; it can be paired with pretty much any color but I really think leopard pairs so well with Gold. I love the gold plated belt and the gold hardware on this velvet blazer. I think they bring out a richness in the leopard print.
I wore this skirt to a night party paired with a hunter green corset instead of the black crop top and it was a hit as well. How do you prefer to wear Leopard?
